Pack A Bottle of Amarula In Your Trunk And Help Save An Elephant

What could be better than an indulgent shot of Amarula cream liqueur on ice or poured over vanilla ice cream for desert? Well, the knowledge that Amarula not only produces this fine drink, but also works hard to protect the native elephants of South Africa can only make your drink taste sweeter.

The Amarula Trust supports sustainable environmental and educational projects, to help preserve the heritage of both rare marula trees (which grow exclusively in subequatorial Africa) and South African elephants.

So as part of World Elephant Day on 12 August, Amarula have launched a bottle without the iconic elephant. It provides a striking reminder, that if we don’t protect the wildlife around us, then it will be lost. So, what better excuse is there to buy a bottle of Amarula, than supporting a worthy cause?

Between 1 September and 31 December 2017, for every bottle purchased in the US, Amarula will donate US$1 to Wildlife Direct. Pick up an “Ellie-less” bottle for US$22 from duty free.
