Become a Shapeshifter With Urban Decay’s new Naked Palette

Getting a contoured look that appears natural can often be a challenge – from finding the right products, to matching your skin tone, to getting that seamless finish. Not to mention the amount of valuable packing space taken up by the sheer number of powders and creams needed. Which is why we broke into a collective little dance here at PretAirporter HQ when we heard that Urban Decay has released a new palette, widely available in travel retail.

Set to cater for all your blending needs, Naked Skin Shapeshifter is available in two spectrums to suit individual skin tones: the Light Medium Shift and a Medium Dark Shift. Custom tones can be easily created by mixing elements from the two palettes. The sleek, travel-friendly cases each contain three powders for contouring and one pearl shade for highlighting. The powders are finely milled, giving you that silky feeling on the skin.

The other side holds two contouring creams, two colour-correcting creams and one highlighter. A double-sided mirror separates the powders and creams, keeping your make-up tidy and saving you more of that valuable packing space. Each shade is easily blended, so your skin still looks natural. Layering the powders and creams can help to achieve a long-lasting and striking effect. What’s more, the wide range of colours allows for a variety of looks – from subtle shading to more intense, sculpted styles.
